Preparation for your mobile massage
Step 01
Your therapist will arrive 10 minutes early to set up. Please ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space
in your home that is free from
noise and distractions. This will help
create the perfect environment
for your relaxation.
Step 02
Please prepare a set of sheets
(a fitted and flat sheet will work). Families can use the same sheets for all members if preferred. Your therapist will bring any additional equipment needed for the session.
Step 04
Please allow your therapist 5 minutes of uninterrupted time to set up in preparation for your massage. During this time, you will be provided with health history forms to fill out.
Step 05
Depending on the services booked for your household, your therapist may require a short break. During this time, they will briefly leave and return to your home as needed to ensure the best experience for everyone.
Step 06
After your treatment, you will receive your receipts via email for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payments should be made via e-transfer on the same day as your session, with the exception of the following day if needed.
Step 03
We love your furry friends, but
for safety and convenience, please
make sure they are kept out of
the way when your therapist
arrives—especially while they’re
transporting equipment upstairs
or through doorways.
Step 07
Most importantly, get excited!
You get to choose from the following options because you don’t have to travel after your massage:

Straight to bed for a peaceful night’s rest
